Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Beneath the Surface Exclusive Women’s Event! This full-day gathering is tentatively scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 5th, 2026 from approximately 9 AM to 5 PM at Chattanooga State is designed to uplift, empower, and reconnect women with their healthiest, most confident selves. We are expecting over 150 women from Chattanooga and the surrounding area to attend, and volunteers are essential to making the day impactful, smooth, and unforgettable. When you volunteer, you're not just giving your time you’re becoming a vital part of a movement that supports women in showing up fully for themselves and their communities. Whether you're helping with set-up, registration, hospitality, or behind-the-scenes logistics, your presence makes a difference.
