Registration Deadlines and Cancellation Policy
 

Registration and payment for the AUGUST 15TH & 16TH, 2026 Ayahuasca Retreat will be accepted until July 31.

Pricing and Payment Terms
The total retreat price depends on the origin of the payment:

• Standard Price (Eurozone): The participation fee is 330 EUR (for payments made via local SEPA bank transfer from within the Eurozone).
• International Price (in EUR): The total amount is 344 EUR (for transfers from non-Euro countries, such as Switzerland).
• International Price (in USD): The total amount is 401 USD (for payments from the non-Euro area or when using PayPal/Credit Card).

For all international payments (outside the Eurozone), the accrued transaction and currency conversion fees are already included in the increased total amount (344 EUR or 401 USD). The total amount due must be settled in a single transfer.

Cancellation Policy (General)
In the event of a cancellation of your participation after the respective deadline, an administrative cancellation fee of 150 EUR will be charged. All bank, transfer, or currency conversion fees incurred during the refund process (especially for international transfers) will be deducted from the reimbursable amount. Cancellation deadline is July 31.

It is permitted to find a replacement person to take your spot.

Premature Departure Policy
"Once the retreat has commenced (i.e., after the scheduled start time on August 15th), the full retreat fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for early departure or early termination of participation (e.g., leaving after one day). No proportional refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in the event of premature departure."

 

Comprehensive Safety, Liability, and Confidentiality Waiver

I hereby confirm that I understand the potential risks of an Ayahuasca ceremony and that I meet all of the following conditions:

Medical Exclusion & Withdrawal: I have not taken MAOIs, SSRIs, or other psychoactive medications in the last four weeks and am aware of the life-threatening risk of interaction. I assume all liability for adverse effects from medication withdrawal and confirm that I have consulted a medical professional before discontinuing any prescribed drugs.

Psychological and Physical Fitness: I do not suffer from severe psychotic disorders (such as schizophrenia) or serious cardiovascular diseases or extremely high blood pressure.

Conduct and Diet: I have adhered to the required Diet—meaning light meals and the avoidance of alcohol, caffeine, strong spices, fermented, and high-fat foods. I commit to strictly following all instructions from the ceremony leaders throughout the workshop, and especially during the ceremonies (including the mandatory prohibition of leaving the designated area), to ensure immediate safety for myself and the group.

Confidentiality: I commit to strict confidentiality regarding the identity, experiences, and all personal information discussed during the workshop by other participants. Taking photographs or recording audio/video is strictly prohibited without the express consent of all individuals depicted.

Right to Expel (Organizer's Right): The Organizer reserves the right to immediately expel any participant who poses a risk to themselves or others, or who severely violates the guidelines. In such cases, I am not entitled to any refund.

Program Changes & Force Majeure (Refunds): The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel the program based on weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events (Force Majeure). In the event of cancellation by the Organizer due to Force Majeure, I am entitled to a full monetary refund of the program fee. The Organizer is not liable for schedule changes under such circumstances.

Emergency Costs & Property: I agree to cover all costs of any emergency evacuation, medical care, or hospitalization incurred during the program. I acknowledge that the Organizer is not liable for loss or damage to my personal property or for my travel costs (flights, transfers) in case of program changes or cancellation.

Liability Waiver & Jurisdiction: I assume full and sole responsibility for my participation, and I release the Organizer from all liability for damages or consequences arising during or after the ceremony. I agree that Pitalito, Huila, Colombia will be the exclusive forum and jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute related to my participation, and the terms shall be binding on my heirs and family.
