    Photo Deliverables: Accepted and paired applicants will receive a minimum of 5 digital, high-resolution, edited photos from the session, complete with a full usage release for personal use.

    Publicity Release: By submitting this application, I agree to my story and images being shared publicly, including on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for promotional and artistic purposes.

    Financial Responsibility: I understand that the session location will be scheduled and agreed upon in advance, and any additional fees (e.g., entry fees, cost of shared activity/food/drink) beyond the photographer's services, if applicable, are my sole responsibility.

    Liability Waiver (Please read carefully and acknowledge):

    I hereby agree that the photographer, their employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or claims that may arise from my participation in the "Unexpected Connection" stranger session, including during the date, travel to/from the location, or the photoshoot itself. I participate entirely at my own risk and discretion.
