TransVirginia 2026 Registration

Please carefully review and complete the information in this form.

All participants will use this form to:
- Register to ride in the TransVirginia Grand Depart, a mass start of Independent Time Trails (ITTs) on the route from Washington, DC to Damascus, VA annually each May. More information at https://www.transvirginia.org/grand-depart/
- Hire a SPOT rental device from Follow My Challenge USA OR
- Submit your personally owned tracker (SPOT, Garmin InReach, or Zoleo) information
- Submit payment via PayPal (PayPal account is not required)
Additional Information:
- Rental SPOT devices will be distributed at the Grand Depart. ITT particpants needing a rental device should register at least two weeks prior to their attempt.
- All rental SPOTs require four AAA Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries (NOT PROVIDED)
- It is the responsibility of the event participants to return rental devices.

I am responsible for any damage or loss incurred to the SPOT rental up to the cost of the unit and service subscription. (~$200)I am responsible to promptly return the rental tracker to Follow My Challenge USA at the event (preferred) or in any case, within 48 hours of event completion.I assume all financial and legal responsibilities resulting from using the SOS button on the SPOT Tracker. NOTE: Use the SOS button ONLY when in critical, life-threatening situations.
I (the participant) am responsible for any incorrectly entered Emergency Contact information (above).
The data displayed from my Tracker and broadcast online to the live map are for entertainment purposes only, are not intended to ensure participant safety and may not represent your actual finishing time.
Submission and payment are completed via PayPal (account not required). You will receive a no reply confirmation e-mail from Follow My Challenge USA/Mt. Pleasant Velo events, LLC.
