Acknowledgement, Scope of Services & Liability Notice

By submitting this form, I confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that ADAMAS provides property management and house-sitting services, which may include on-site presence, scheduled property check-ins, basic monitoring of the premises, and coordination of access for approved third-party vendors, strictly within the scope agreed upon in writing.

I acknowledge that ADAMAS:

• Does not act as a licensed real estate broker, travel agency, insurer, security company, medical provider, or personal assistant;
• Does not guarantee the prevention of theft, damage, mechanical failure, utility outages, or acts of third parties;
• Is not responsible for pre-existing property defects, latent issues, structural conditions, or failures beyond reasonable visual observation.

I understand that any maintenance, repairs, emergency services, or specialized work required at the property may be performed by independent third-party vendors, and that ADAMAS is not liable for the acts, omissions, performance, delays, or outcomes of such vendors once coordination or access has been authorized.

I further acknowledge that I remain solely responsible for maintaining appropriate home and contents insurance coverage for the property and its belongings during the house-sitting period.

I consent to ADAMAS taking reasonable action, in good faith, to protect the property in the event of an emergency, in accordance with the service agreement and any pre-authorized emergency repair thresholds.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accept the above terms, and that a formal House-Sitting Service Agreement will govern the final scope, fees, responsibilities, and limitations of liability upon confirmation of booking.
