  • ISB Holiday Club is back for 2026!

    To register your child, please use this form to book your child's place.

    Holiday Club will run from 13th July to 6th August 2026 (Monday to Thursday) from 7am to 1pm. - (Note: The 15th of July will be off due to HM’s Birthday.)

    The charges are as follows :

    Normal registration price is $40.00 per child (Minimum 4 days).-

    Upon registration, payment must be made to confirm slots otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

    Terms and Conditions

    1.) Full payment is required upon registration to finalise the booking and to allow ISB sufficient time to prepare for the club. Failure to make payment within 24 hours will result in cancellation of the booking.

    2.) Please note that all registrations are final and non-refundable.

    3.) Drop off time 7:00-7:30am and pick-up time 12:30-1:00pm Monday to Thursday.

    4.) Children signing up for the age 3-4 group must be toilet trained.

    5.) Please note that ISB Holiday Club welcomes all students including those not attending ISB.

    A minimum of 4 days booking is required at the early bird rate of BND $40/day. Please check the boxes on the desired date (s) to reserve your child's booking slot (s). Note: The 15th of July will be off due to HM’s Birthday.

  • 9. RISK WAIVER DECLARATION

  • * In the case of an emergency, where it is impractical to communicate with me, I authorize the ISB Holiday Club staff and the nurse on duty to arrange for my child/children to receive any medical treatment deemed necessary.

    * I understand that the ISB Holiday Club is an energetic and active environment. While all safety guidelines will be followed, I acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of personal injury associated with physical activities, and that the ultimate duty of care rests with me as the parent/guardian.

    * If it becomes apparent upon arrival at the ISB Holiday Club that my child/children are unable to function independently, I will arrange for an authorised adult—approved by the school—to accompany them. If such an arrangement is not feasible, I understand that my child/children's attendance at the ISB Holiday Club will be cancelled.

    * I understand that my child/children are toilet trained and do not require the use of nappies. If it becomes necessary for my child to use a nappy, I acknowledge that their attendance at the ISB Holiday Club will be cancelled.

    * I understand that a late arrival at ISB may result in my child/children being unable to participate in a scheduled activity

    * I understand that all costs are calculated in advance. Therefore, once you have registered, the fee is non-refundable.

    *I understand that if I send my child/children on a day for which they have not been registered in advance, I will be required to pay a fee of $40 for that day. I acknowledge that attending without prior registration impacts the staff-to-child ratio and overall planning of the ISB Holiday Club.

    *I understand that ISB reserves the right to make changes to all dates and activities, which are subject to modification.
