Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition Pre-Registration Form
This form is for preregistration for the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition on Friday 1/16/2026 from 4 - 7pm. This event is open to all kids ages 9-14 (as of 1/1/2026). Participants who pre-register will receive a token for a free scoop of ice cream at Cloud City Ice Cream on Woodstock. In addition they will receive email updates with details about the event and your pre-printed registration forms will be available at the door. Participants may be required to show proof of age. Entrants who participate in another Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition are not eligible. High School participants should contact their school athletic director about eligibility before participating.
