KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

Lead strategic planning, implementation, and scaling for Child Protection and positive parenting flagship programme “Heart-to-Heart”

Scale up Child Safeguarding Service delivery, including bespoke training and policy support to organisations, and become the thought leader in Child Safeguarding.

Build partnerships with schools and NGOs to expand reach.

Adopt international best practices to the local context with social innovations.
-
Collaborate with Advocacy and Evaluation team on policy advocacy, data collection, evaluations and reporting.
-
Manage and develop high-performing teams to deliver quality outcomes.
-
Support marketing and fundraising strategies for Save the Children through fundraising campaigns, and public engagement to generate income and cultivate a positive supporter experience.

Plan and coordinate grant support for partner organisations to deliver school-based and community programmes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

A recognised degree in psychology, child development, social work, education, or a related social science discipline is preferred.

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Programme Manager role.

Deep knowledge of child protection issues, positive parenting and safeguarding best practices.

Excellent project management skills; fluent in English and Chinese.

Strategic vision for programme growth and impact telling.

Experience working with children, youth, and parents in community settings is preferred.

Strong leadership to manage teams and budgets effectively

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong alignment with Save the Children’s vision and mission.
