      KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

      • Lead strategic planning, implementation, and scaling for Child Protection and positive parenting flagship programme “Heart-to-Heart”

      • Scale up Child Safeguarding Service delivery, including bespoke training and policy support to organisations, and become the thought leader in Child Safeguarding.

      • Build partnerships with schools and NGOs to expand reach.

      • Adopt international best practices to the local context with social innovations.

      • Collaborate with Advocacy and Evaluation team on policy advocacy, data collection, evaluations and reporting.

      • Manage and develop high-performing teams to deliver quality outcomes.

      • Support marketing and fundraising strategies for Save the Children through fundraising campaigns, and public engagement to generate income and cultivate a positive supporter experience.

      • Plan and coordinate grant support for partner organisations to deliver school-based and community programmes.

      QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

      • A recognised degree in psychology, child development, social work, education, or a related social science discipline is preferred.

      • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Programme Manager role.

      • Deep knowledge of child protection issues, positive parenting and safeguarding best practices.

      • Excellent project management skills; fluent in English and Chinese.

      • Strategic vision for programme growth and impact telling.

      • Experience working with children, youth, and parents in community settings is preferred.

      • Strong leadership to manage teams and budgets effectively

      • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

      • Strong alignment with Save the Children’s vision and mission.
