I acknowledge that my deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.I understand that all payments made toward the Africa 2026 group trip are final and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to personal cancellation, missed payments, illness, emergencies, or changes in personal circumstances. Refunds will only be issued if approved by third-party vendors, which is not guaranteed.I understand this is a group trip with limited availability.I acknowledge that my spot is secured only after my deposit is received and that failure to make payments on time may result in removal from the trip without refund.I understand flights are NOT included unless stated otherwise.I acknowledge that international airfare is not included. Travel with Nyka is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, or flight-related issues.I accept full responsibility for travel documents and health requirements.I understand I am responsible for a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and any required health documentation. Travel with Nyka is not liable for denied boarding or entry.I assume all risks associated with international travel.I voluntarily accept all risks including injury, illness, loss of belongings, wildlife encounters, transportation incidents, political instability, and unforeseen events.I release Travel with Nyka from liability.I agree not to hold Travel with Nyka liable for acts or omissions of third-party vendors, trip changes, delays, cancellations, injuries, illness, losses, or damages of any kind.I understand itineraries and activities may change.I acknowledge that itineraries are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, vendor availability, or other circumstances, and no refunds will be issued for changes.I agree to proper conduct during the trip.I understand that disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in immediate removal from the trip with no refund.I understand travel insurance is strongly recommended.I acknowledge that Travel with Nyka is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.I grant photo and video consent.I give permission for Travel with Nyka to use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.I understand force majeure events may occur.I acknowledge that Travel with Nyka is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest, and refunds are not guaranteed.I confirm my agreement to all terms.By checking this box and submitting payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all Africa 2026 Travel Terms & Conditions and waive my right to legal claims against Travel with Nyka.
