• 101st EC-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

  • The summer 2026 conference will be held on-site in Helsinki, Finland, with live-streaming available. The event is organised by the Finnish EUROCONSTRUCT member Forecon. 

    The following options for attending the 101st EUROCONSTRUCT-Conference are available:


    Information according to Art 13 GDPR
    We will use your data to create an invoice that complies with legal requirements, and you have the right to access, update, and delete your information. The information marked with an Asterisk (*) is mandatory. We cannot process your order if you do not provide us with this information. Personal data will be stored on Jotform servers in Germany to host the 101st EUROCONSTRUCT conference registration. They can be accessed by the conference organiser, Forecon, and WIFO (hosting euroconstruct.org), and will be available to members of the EUROCONSTRUCT network to improve future events. The data is stored within the time frame of legal requirements. Data fields not marked with an Asterisk (*) are voluntary. Please do not include payment details; invoices will be sent separately.

    All prices are quoted in euros and do not include VAT.

    After submitting this form, you will receive an automatic email with your registration details. The payment offered is by invoice only, which will be sent promptly. Please get in touch with us if you can only pay by card, and we’ll see what we can do. Your registration will be confirmed once we receive your payment.


    Cancellation policy
    Customers who have completed registration for the 101st EUROCONSTRUCT-Conference may cancel their booking: 

    • In writing to euroconstruct@forecon.fi not later than 30 days before the event (until 6th May 2026), you will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee.
    • Cancellations received after this date will be charged the full conference fee.

    If you are unable to participate on the conference day due to unforeseen circumstances, you are welcome to name a substitute.
    Please inform us in advance of any changes.

    Information according to FAGG (Distance and Offshore Business Act)
    As a consumer, you are entitled to cancel and return your order for any reason and without justification, within 14 days of receiving the purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us using a clear statement (for example, by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw. For this purpose, please consider using the following contact details: euroconstruct@forecon.fi. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires. Clients have the option to submit complaints to the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. You can also submit your complaint directly to us at euroconstruct@forecon.fi. The data collected will be deleted as soon as we have finished organising the event and documenting it, or once we have fulfilled our legal obligations to keep the records.

    An evening networking event will be held on 4 June 2026. Places are limited on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • For communication via newsletter, we use the services of "The Rocket Science Group LLC" (known as "Mailchimp"), among others. For this purpose, personal data (identity and contact data and data on the use of the newsletter) are transmitted to the USA and processed. I can revoke this consent at any time by unregistering the newsletter by pressing “the unregister link” at the bottom of the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to office@euroconstruct.org without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. The legal basis for the aforementioned data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR.
