Payment info After submitting this form, you will receive an automatic email with your registration details. The payment offered is by invoice only, which will be sent promptly. Please get in touch with us if you can only pay by card, and we’ll see what we can do. Your registration will be confirmed once we receive your payment.
Cancellation policy Customers who have completed registration for the 101st EUROCONSTRUCT-Conference may cancel their booking:
- In writing to euroconstruct@forecon.fi not later than 30 days before the event (until 6th May 2026), you will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee.
- Cancellations received after this date will be charged the full conference fee.
If you are unable to participate on the conference day due to unforeseen circumstances, you are welcome to name a substitute. Please inform us in advance of any changes.

Information according to FAGG (Distance and Offshore Business Act) As a consumer, you are entitled to cancel and return your order for any reason and without justification, within 14 days of receiving the purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us using a clear statement (for example, by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw. For this purpose, please consider using the following contact details: euroconstruct@forecon.fi. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires. Clients have the option to submit complaints to the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. You can also submit your complaint directly to us at euroconstruct@forecon.fi. The data collected will be deleted as soon as we have finished organising the event and documenting it, or once we have fulfilled our legal obligations to keep the records.
