Women’s Council of REALTORS® Central Texas Rising Stars Scholarship

Women’s Council of REALTORS® Central Texas is proud to offer the Rising Stars Scholarship Program to encourage members to invest in their professional education, leadership development, and participation in Women’s Council opportunities beyond the local Network.

Each year, the Network may award up to five (5) scholarships, with each recipient eligible for reimbursement of up to $200 in approved expenses.

Scholarships may be used toward eligible professional designations and certifications, leadership development programs, and approved meetings or conferences offered or recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, or Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Other educational or leadership development opportunities may be eligible with advance approval from the Governing Board.

These scholarships are not need-based. They are designed to encourage members to continue growing professionally, developing as leaders, and taking advantage of educational and leadership opportunities available through the REALTOR® organization and Women’s Council.

Eligibility: Applicants must be members in good standing of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Central Texas at the time of application and when reimbursement is requested. Applicants may not have received a Central Texas Network Scholarship within the preceding 24 months.

Scholarships are reimbursement-based. Recipients must complete an eligible activity within 365 days of the scholarship award date and submit the required documentation within 30 days after completing the activity. Reimbursement is limited to the recipient’s eligible, unreimbursed out-of-pocket expenses and may not exceed $200.

Applications open September 1, 2026, and close October 1, 2026. Scholarship recipients will be announced and recognized at A Seat at the Table on October 29, 2026.
