MEMBERS ART EXHIBIT

Member support plays a vital role in bringing the Art House mission to life. As a member, we invite you to share your unique artistic voice and style to this annual exhibition.

EXHIBITION INFORMATION

Eligibility: Active members of any age may submit one entry into the exhibition. Must be active/current member on March 16, 2026.

Cost: No cost. Free with membership.

Membership: Memberships that expire prior to March 16, must be renewed.

Artwork: Must be original artwork, no sound, video, or reproductions (numbered prints) Created within the last 5 years and not previously exhibited at the Art House.

**Artwork Maximum Size: 32 INCHES OR LESS with Frame**

Entry Deadline: Monday, March 16 at 11:59 pm EST.

Notification of Acceptance: Friday, March 20 by 5 pm; Verification of membership and artwork size requirements

Delivery: Tuesday & Wednesday, April 7 - 8, 10 am - 5 pm or prior by appointment.

Pick-up: Sunday & Monday, May 17 - 18, 12 - 2 pm

MEMBER ARTIST DEMO DAYS

We invite you to conduct a demo, approximately last 45 minutes, in the gallery during the exhibition. The style, technique, and topic is your choice.

This is a first-come first-serve opportunity. There are 6 time slots on select Saturdays. If spots are filled, you may email exhibits@northvillearthouse.org to be put on a waitlist.

ARTIST VIDEO (OPTIONAL)

We invite you to create and submit a video about your artwork (meaning, inspiration, why a certain subject matter...), and/or your creative process (techniques, medium, style, theme...) and/or brief bio about your creative journey.

Actually, you are free to share any topic that will allow the public to get to know you and your art. By sharing you grant us permission to share on social media, website and/or give the public access to view while visiting the exhibition (via QR Code or gallery TV).

If you would like, we can set up a time to interview you or video record your comments at the Art House before the exhibition. Just check the button below and we will contact you to set-up a time.

We may edit the video to format to a specific channel (Facebook, Instagram, etc)

Length: 30 seconds to 2 minutes is best. We will accept longer videos too. 500 MB Max

Submission to Members Art Exhibit shall constitute an agreement to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this entry form.
