Thank you for your interest in the West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market! We are excited to host dealers with the best antique and vintage merchandise during the Highway 41 Yard Sale! The West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market will be held on Friday, June 26th from 8 am-5 pm and Saturday, June 27th from 8 am-3pm. This event is FREE for dealers!! There is no booth fee for accepted vendors however, a refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.

 

Please note this is a juried show. Accepted dealers will have reserved & assigned spaces at the West Kentucky Archery Complex. There are outdoor and indoor spaces available. Spaces will be roughly 12' x 12'. (You may reserve additional spaces if needed.) Please see the additional FAQs listed below.

 

Keep merchandise limited to authentic antique or vintage items. No direct sales orwholesale/retail merchandise, reproductions, or handmade items are permitted. 

 

Applications must be submitted by May 1st, 2026.

INDOOR Booth Space Limits
To ensure a diverse and well-balanced market, vendors are limited to two (2) indoor booth spaces for the 2026 West KY Antique & Vintage Market. (In the event of cancellations or additional availability closer to the event, vendors may request to be placed on a waitlist for an additional booth space. Waitlist requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis, as availability allows and payment for additional booth spaces will be due upon check-in.) Outdoor spaces are not limited.

Dealer FAQ’S

General Info:

• This is a juried show. You will be notified via email if your application is accepted.
• The show will be held rain or shine.
• Vendors will have a designated parking area. Please be respectful of this. There is room for trailer parking on-site.

 

Booth Fee / Refundable Deposit:

• INDOOR spaces will be $50 per space for approved dealers. This is not refundable. The indoor space is air-conditioned with concrete floors. 
• OUTDOOR spaces are FREE for approved dealers. HOWEVER, accepted outside dealers will be charged a refundable deposit of $25 per booth to reserve their space. Booths will be under a covered pavilion with restroom access, and overflow field space available. (Deposits for outdoor spaces will be refunded at 3 pm on the last day of the show. If you do not show up to the event, or begin packing up early, you forfeit your refundable deposit.)
• If accepted, we will contact you with information on submitting payment.

 

Merchandise:

• No new, reproduction, crafts, or garage sale items are permitted.
• Vendors may not sell prohibited items including illegal firearms, assault rifles, fully or semi-automatic weapons, wild animals, pornographic material, food, drinks, items made from endangered species, or items violating trademark regulations.

 

Booth spaces:

• Spaces are approximately 12’ x 12’ and will be marked. You are expected to keep your setup within the designated areas. 
• Spaces with electrical outlets are very limited and not guaranteed. If you would like to request electricity, please let us know on your application.

Dealer Agreement:

If accepted for participation in the West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market I agree and understand that...

• Acceptance in the West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market is at the sole discretion of Hopkins County Tourist and Convention Commission.
• Participants are not permitted to use nails, screws, staples, or anything that punctures a hole into the structure walls. Please be respectful of the property.
• Participants are expected and agree to follow, promote, and share West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market information and posts on social media.
• The collection and payment of any and all sales tax is the sole responsibility of the registered participant. Hopkins County Tourist and Convention Commission assumes no responsibility regarding the collection, reporting and/or remittance of sales tax for sales by vendors.
• Breakdown of booth space may not begin prior to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Failure to abide may result in denial of participation in future Hopkins County Tourist and Commission events. For outdoor vendors, it will also result in forfeiting the refundable deposit.
• Hopkins County Tourist and Convention Commission, Hopkins County Government, the West Kentucky Archery Complex, and the West Kentucky Archery Association are not responsible for any cause of injury for children or adults.
• Accepted applicants will be assigned a space. Final placement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Hopkins County Tourist and Convention Commission. Special requests may be submitted at the time of application; however such requests cannot be guaranteed.
