  • We are seeking vendors to apply for our Spring Shearing Market on April 11th & 12th, 2026.

    Kensington Prairie Farm is a working farm and home to huacaya alpacas, suri alpacas, llamas, camels, chickens, ducks, bunnies, pigs, and polled hereford cattle. 

    We will offer hourly alpaca information sessions, cute & friendly farm animals to visit, food & drink trucks, & children's entertainment. 

    Please note you will be required to bring your own table, chairs and anything else you need for your display. 10ft x 10ft vendor spaces are available.

    Location: Kensington Prairie Farm (1736 - 248th Street, Aldergrove BC V4W 2C3) 

    Market Dates: Saturday April 11th & Sunday April 12th, 2026

    Public Market Hours: 10am - 4pm (gates close at 3:30pm)

    Vendor Setup Time: Market day, 7am - 9:30am (vendors must be set up and ready for the public at 9:30am)

    Vendor Event Fee: $150/1 day, $250/2 days (*preference given to vendors who apply for both days)

    FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SECURE APPROPRIATE FRASER HEALTH DOCUMENTATION PLUS FOOD SAFE CERTIFICATION. THESE NEED TO BE DISPLAYED AND MUST BE ON SITE THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

    I, the vendor, understand that if my vendor application is successful, I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of participation as outlined below which KENSINGTON PRAIRIE FARM has provided.

    I understand that this application is part of a pre-screening process, and does not guarentee acceptance into the market. 

    Descriptions of company products to be sold must be accurate, clear and conscice. These descriptions must match the products sold in your booth at the time of the event.

    Failure to Food vendors MUST have the appropriate FRASER HEALTH documents and FOOD SAFE documents on site as health inspectors do come to events.

    Vendor payments must be made by E-transfer to info@kpfarm.com. Once accepted, payment must be sent within 72 hours of acceptance. Payment secures and locks vendors in for the event, without payment, the vendor is not considered 'accepted'. Fee is non-refundable. 

    If a vendor cancels within 7 days of the event, the vendor fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and no credit will be issued. Fees are allocated ahead of time for marketing, staffing ect.

    Once accepted, vendors are expected to help showcase the event through their social networks and word of mouth.

    KENSINGTON PRAIRIE FARM will not be providing tables, tents, linens or any other items required to run the vendors tables ie: lighting, extension cords ect.

    There will NOT be power provided at this event. If power is required, please send us a message before the event to discuss possibilities.

    KENSINGTON PRAIRIE FARM does not allow vendors to share a table/tent/space.

    Vendors are encouraged to purchase 2 spaces if they require more space. 

    A floor plan will be completed ahead of time and vendors must comply to it. Kensington Prairie Farm must approve the vendors display to assure it fits within the space provided.

    Kensington Prairie Farm will provide all participating vendors with a set up/tear down schedule prior to the event. Vendors will NOT have early access to the venue without planning. Vendors will be notified of their location prior to the event by email. Vendors MUST bring this information with them on the day of the event. All vendors are required to dismantle and clear their belongings/garbage immediately following the close of the event. 

    Vendors are required to remain set-up in their market booths until the close of the event.

    Vendors agree to be market ready at least 30 minutes prior to the public opening time. 

    I, the vendor understand that I am legally liable for any negative consequences following the purchase or consumption of my products.

    I, the vendor, understand that KPFarm may contact me for event related information.

    Vendors are responsible for their own signage, cash float, lighting, product labels, point of sale device, collection of taxes, insurance, licensing, ect.

    Please be prepared for the event.
