Important information
Set-Up Time:
Friday, May 15th 3:30 pm to 5 pm Friday Night Vending hours: 6 pm to 9 pm
Saturday, May 16th 7:00 am - 9:00 am Saturday Vending hours: 10 am to 9 pm
Arriving outside of the setup time is a safety issue and vendors will not be permitted into the area
Please note once the application has been approved, you will receive a link for payment. Payment must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the link to secure your spot.
We reserve the right to limit vendors selling/providing same items/services to 1
Vendor will provide proof of liability insurance (COI ) and menu with pricing to the chamber with the application please e-mail to info@thebaileychamber.org once your application has been submitted. Failure to do so will result in the application not being submitted for approval.
Terms and conditions
The chamber will furnish a space within the festival area for a rental fee of:
Friday Night, May 15th Only $50.00
Saturday, May 16th Only $75.00
Both Friday, May 15th and Saturday, May 16th, 2026 $125.00
We do not furnish water or electricity.
Entry Fees are not refundable.
- Vendors are required to stay within the confines of their designated space.
- Spaces are distributed and located at the discretion of the chamber.
- The chamber is not responsible for any loss or injury to the vendor or their workers, goods or customers for the negligent acts of the vendor while on premises are occupied under this contract
- The vendor agrees to leave the rental space if deemed necessary by the chamber with no refund
- Vendors must clean up around the space before departure you are responsible for discarding any items left in your space including trash boxes etcetera
- Grease or oil may not be disposed of on site. Fines for dumping grease or oil will be imposed fines will be no less than $5000
- The vendor agrees to be set up and inspected by Nash County Health Department, if necessary. It is the responsibility of the vendor to schedule the inspection and remit any fees required to the Nash County Health Department
- Full menu and pricing should be posted at all times
