After registrations are reviewed, we will contact you to confirm dates and provide additional details.
Food Vendor Fee: $150
Table Vendor Fee: $75
Guidelines for potential vendors:
- Business must be located within the 5 boroughs.
- Vehicles are not permitted in the lot during event times.
- Must bring your own tent, tables, etc. (Unless otherwise requested). Tents must be weighed down.
- Displays and products must be family-friendly.
- Vendors must have all necessary licenses and permits required by law.
- Vendors are responsible for the breakdown and clean-up of their own area. Culture Lab staff are not available to assist.
- Vendor fees per event are due 48 hours after receipt of the confirmation email.
