STILL SEEKING UNIQUE GUAYABERAS FOR MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN, AND GUAYABERA THEMED ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES FULL ON PERMANENT JEWELRY, GOLD JEWELRY, COFFEE NEARLY FULL ON BAKED GOODS AND TREATS SA Local Market is thrilled to announce our continued partnership with the 6th Annual Guayabera Festival at Travis Park taking place Saturday, April 11 from 12:00 to 9:00 pm. Now an Official Fiesta® San Antonio Event, Guayabera Fest is proudly co-hosted by Centro San Antonio and festival founder Javier Treviño of Divide and Conquer Denim & Leather. As an official Fiesta event, Guayabera Fest follows specific guidelines and requirements outlined below to ensure alignment with Fiesta San Antonio standards and to support a successful, safe, and festive experience for all participants.
Event Details

When: Saturday, April 11 What Time: 12-9pm Where: Travis Park in San Antonio, Texas
Vendor Fees

Retail (10x10): $175 Food/Beverage (Non-Alcoholic) 10x10: $250 + required permit Retail (6x6) $100 Roaming with cart vendors: $75
Food Vendors Please Note:

Food vendors, please note: upon acceptance, a $32 fee will be added to your invoice for a temporary food establishment fee if you check "yes" when prompted below. If you check "no", SA Local Market will not obtain this permit for your business. Vendor Agreement

Please read the following vendor agreement carefully. If for any reason, any of our policies do not align with your business, you cannot fulfill the terms laid out, or you are not comfortable with our terms, please do not proceed with the application. We want all vendors that participate in SA Local Market events to move forward with transparency and to feel good about their decision to vend with us.
I understand that Guayabera Fest at Travis Park is an outdoor event and goes on RAIN OR SHINE.

I understand that in the event of extremely dangerous weather, unexpected events that are beyond our control, global pandemic, etc, that SA Local Market will communicate with vendors via email as soon as possible with a reschedule date or the opportunity for credit for another event.

I understand that if I (the vendor) cancel or if SA Local Market has to reschedule Guayabera Fest, that SA Local Market does not give refunds on vendor fees for any reason. Even if I (the vendor) have a scheduling conflict or am unable to attend the dates presented to me for reschedule.

I understand that SA Local Market will provide me with a 10x10 space, but that I am responsible for all canopies, tables, chairs, fixtures, etc for my space.

I understand that SA Local Market has curated and organized a pop-up market in order to provide a venue for retail sales for a scheduled amount of time. SA Local Market has done their part with curating, organizing, and marketing; however, each individual vendor/small business owner, is ultimately responsible for the sales made within their booth. Slower sales are a result of many factors, including but not limited to: the amount of events happening in the city, weather, road conditions, the economy, spending habits, customer service skills of individual vendors, etc.

One-Time, Non-Refundable Application FeeWhy am I paying an application fee? We've found, recently, that about 40% of vendors that apply for events either double book, don't see through to attending the event, etc. We are a small team that goes through every application with care and curates our markets accordingly. Vendors that apply, are accepted, and then do not see through the commitment (outside of emergency situations), make it difficult to fill our markets with intention and avoid having spaces left unfilled at event time. We only want you to apply if you're serious about attending our events, and we find that a small monetary commitment helps to eliminate vendors that are not serious about their participation.
