    STILL SEEKING UNIQUE GUAYABERAS FOR MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN, AND GUAYABERA THEMED ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES FULL ON PERMANENT JEWELRY, GOLD JEWELRY, COFFEE NEARLY FULL ON BAKED GOODS AND TREATS SA Local Market is thrilled to announce our continued partnership with the 6th Annual Guayabera Festival at Travis Park taking place Saturday, April 11 from 12:00 to 9:00 pm. Now an Official Fiesta® San Antonio Event, Guayabera Fest is proudly co-hosted by Centro San Antonio and festival founder Javier Treviño of Divide and Conquer Denim & Leather. As an official Fiesta event, Guayabera Fest follows specific guidelines and requirements outlined below to ensure alignment with Fiesta San Antonio standards and to support a successful, safe, and festive experience for all participants.

    When: Saturday, April 11 What Time: 12-9pm Where: Travis Park in San Antonio, Texas
  • Vendor Fees

    Retail (10x10): $175 Food/Beverage (Non-Alcoholic) 10x10: $250 + required permit Retail (6x6) $100 Roaming with cart vendors: $75 
  • Food Vendors Please Note:

    Food vendors, please note: upon acceptance, a $32 fee will be added to your invoice for a temporary food establishment fee if you check "yes" when prompted below. If you check "no", SA Local Market will not obtain this permit for your business. Please ensure that you have all of the necessary permitting needed to operate for this sales day.  **If you have any further questions regarding your application, please email salocalmarket@gmail.com 
  • Once selected, you will receive and email with instructions to pay for the Second Saturday Dates you are interested in. You no longer need to submit multiple applications for multiple dates.

  • Vendor Agreement

    Please read the following vendor agreement carefully. If for any reason, any of our policies do not align with your business, you cannot fulfill the terms laid out, or you are not comfortable with our terms, please do not proceed with the application. We want all vendors that participate in SA Local Market events to move forward with transparency and to feel good about their decision to vend with us.

    SA Local Market accepts vendors on a rolling basis. We do our best to communicate with vendors on acceptance within 1 week; however, if we have a large amount of submissions, it may take longer. If you have any questions about your application, please email salocamarket@gmail.com

      One-Time, Non-Refundable Application FeeWhy am I paying an application fee? We've found, recently, that about 40% of vendors that apply for events either double book, don't see through to attending the event, etc. We are a small team that goes through every application with care and curates our markets accordingly. Vendors that apply, are accepted, and then do not see through the commitment (outside of emergency situations), make it difficult to fill our markets with intention and avoid having spaces left unfilled at event time. We only want you to apply if you're serious about attending our events, and we find that a small monetary commitment helps to eliminate vendors that are not serious about their participation.
