• Hosted Buyer Agreement

  • On behalf of Questex’s Fierce Pharma Engage (“Fierce Pharma Connect”) evaluation committee, I am pleased to confirm that you have been selected as a Hosted Buyer (“Buyer”) to participate in this exclusive event being held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, San Diego, CA from April 22 – 24, 2026.

    Your acceptance as a participant includes:

    • All Access Conference Pass to Fierce Pharma Engage
    • Personalized schedule of 15-minute, 1:1 meetings with participating vendors
    • Airfare (up to $750; travel to be arranged by Questex travel department)
    • Hotel accommodations for up two nights at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Your participation as a Buyer entitles you to one (1) complimentary pass to Fierce Pharma Engage at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, San Diego, CA from April 22 – 24, 2026.
    2. The Registration Pass includes:
      • 3-Day Conference program including all sessions, panels and exclusive keynotes
      • Networking events and two receptions
    3. Buyer agrees to attend a minimum of eight (8) and a maximum of twelve (12) prescheduled, 15-minute meetings set by the event organizer with pre-selected, event partners on April 22-24, 2026.
    4. Prior to the event, Buyer will complete their company profile and pre-select companies to meet with onsite via the event app when prompted by event management. If Buyer does not select the requested minimum number of meetings, Buyer will be assigned additional meetings by Fierce Pharma Connect.
    5. Buyer agrees to attend all scheduled one-to-one meetings, official hosted meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), networking events and program activities.
    6. Buyer agrees to continue communications post-event as agreed-upon with participating suppliers.
    7. The Buyer understands that their contact information will be shared with participating Fierce Pharma Engage event partners.

    CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION

    • In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, a cancellation fee of $200.00 will apply for any cancellations received after February 22, 2026 unless a substitution confirms your spot upon approval. If a cancellation by the Buyer occurs after February 22, 2026 without a confirmed substitution, the Buyer is responsible to incur $750.00 cancellation fee.
    • In the event of cancellation/substitution, Fierce Pharma Connect will consider nominations for a cancelled Buyer’s vacated position, provided nominees are qualified, meet or exceed established criteria, and have verifiable direct purchasing authority. The Substitute Buyer will be required to sign the hosted buyer agreement and abide by the terms and conditions. Once Substitute Buyer is confirmed, the cancellation fee for the original Buyer will be waived.

    FAILURE TO COMPLY

    If the Buyer fails to complete all required meetings as outlined in Clause (2), or if the Buyer is a no-show to the event (i.e., does not attend at all without prior written notice or approved substitution), this will constitute a breach of agreement. In such cases, the Buyer will be required to reimburse event management $750.00 to offset costs associated with participation.
