  •  PAYMENT TERMS & SCHEDULE

    • A USD 1,500 deposit is due with this application; 50% of total costs are due 30 days post contract; 100% and/or remaining balance are due on day 150 prior to first show day.
    • The deposit will be collected via a secure payment platform when submitting this form. The invoice will be issued after receipt of contract reflecting the deposit payment.

  • The pavilion package is all-inclusive, however, there are still many options to enhance your stand space at gamescom.
