Welcome to the Joan of Arc League of Chapters Convention registration!

We are excited for you to join us at this year's event. Please make note of the following requirements as you are submitting a form.

1. Fill out this registration form. (You are here!)
2. You are required to fill out waiver form then upload them to the registration
   1. VEYM Participant Agreement Form
3. Payment is required before your application is complete. 
4. Status Verification Form: approval from your Chapter President and Chaplain
   1. Organizing Committee will contact Chapter President directly at a later date. Your acceptance is contingent on approval from your respective Chapter.
5. ID Verification will be needed for all family members under the age of 18 (Newborn to 17 years old).
   1. State ID
   2. Birth Certificate
   3. School ID, etc.
