Join us for this month’s edition of HonesTea, featuring brother Humza Ali, as we explore how experiences, histories, and family patterns shape who we are—and how they influence the generations that come after us. Drawing on science, lived experience, and spiritual reflection, this conversation will examine what we inherit, how these patterns are passed on, and the role each of us plays in breaking harmful cycles and building a stronger future.
