2026 Emerging Small Business of the Year Nomination Form

Criteria:
1.Nominee must be a Chamber member in good standing.
2.Nominee must be active in the Rome Floyd Chamber.
3.Nominee must be located within Floyd County.
4.Nominee must be a for-profit entity.
6.Nominee must have been in business for less than five years.
7. Nominee must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics:
- Revenue/job growth/creation
- innovative products or services
- encourages and provides professional development of staff
- volunteers in the Rome and Floyd County Community

If a business has won this award in the last five years they are not eligible.

All nominations must be submitted by Monday, January, 12 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
