2026 Nonprofit of the Year Nomination Form
Please read the criteria below before nominating an organization. If you have questions about the criteria and if a nonprofit is eligible, please contact Mari Rico Evans at mrico@romega.com or 706-291-7663.

Criteria:
1. The Nonprofit must be a 501(c) (3) organization.
2. The Nonprofit organization must have been in operation for at least five years.
3. The Nonprofit must be located in Floyd County.
4. The Nonprofit must be a member in good standing with the Rome Floyd Chamber.
5.Nominee must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics:
- Filling a need no one else is
- Doing innovative things
- Reaching a group no one else is
- Serving large groups of people
- Thinking outside the box

If a business has won this award in the last five years they are not eligible.

All nominations must be submitted by Monday, January 12, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
