Submission does not confer approval, instructional authority, or program rights. All instructional participation is subject to MMCI review, verification, and ongoing oversight.

Mind Matters Career Institute retains sole authority to approve, assign, limit, suspend, or revoke instructional participation within its workforce pathways. Approved instructors operate within MMCI-defined standards, scope, pacing, and evaluation frameworks. Instructional participation does not constitute independent program ownership, credential issuance authority, or permission to solicit business, clients, or recruits through MMCI activities.By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that instructional activity occurs under MMCI governance and may be modified or discontinued at MMCI’s discretion.*

VII. Conflict of Interest and Non-Solicitation Disclosure
To protect participants and institutional integrity, instructors may not solicit clients, sell services, recruit for personal businesses, or use MMCI activities as lead-generation channels.
