  • For sponsors promised logo/name recognition, the logo/name and payment submission deadline is April 1, 2026. If full payment and logo/name are not submitted by the deadline, logos will not appear on signage or t-shirts. Please submit both a high-quality PNG or JPG image in addition to PDF or EPS file format (with all text converted to curves) to ensure your logo appears correctly on all items.

    • Payment and Submission of Sponsorship Form 

    • I understand that I will receive the selected sponsorship package for the above-selected commitment.

      I understand a payment of 50% of the balance is due when the Sponsorship is requested, with the remaining balance due by April 1st (no exceptions).

      For any final balances received after April 1st logos will not appear on signage or T-shirts.
