By signing below you are permitting us to obtain necessary credit information to determine credit worthiness. You agree to the following terms and conditions at which Busy Beaver Building Centers, Inc. is willing to extend credit. Payment in full shall be made on or before the twenty-fifth (25) of each month, commencing in the next succeeding month from the date of purchase. The undersigned agrees to take full responsibility for any and all charges by employees until written notification of their termination is given to Busy Beaver Building Centers Inc.. An 18% APR finance charge will be calculated on all past due balances and added to the account balance. Accounts with a past due balance will automatically be placed on hold and be unusable until all past due amounts (including finance charges) are paid in full. Delinquent accounts that require third party collection efforts are subject to an additional 20% collection fee. This agreement may be terminated at any time by written notice of one party to the other, addressed to the address on the top of this application; and in the event of your account is found in default, Busy Beaver Building Centers, Inc. has the right to demand payment in full of the unpaid balance.
