Live Participation (Important):Being present during the live IG auction greatly increases the chance your piece sells. No face is required — you may point the camera at your artwork and talk about it. Please note that limited or no participation may result in lower bids or the piece not selling. If you cannot attend the live on February 7, you must mail your piece to me so I can present it on your behalf. Chat participation is required. If the artwork does not arrive by February 6, it will not be included in the live show, but will still be listed on cardiartist.com until sold. Shipping: • If you mail the piece to me, you cover shipping to me. • If the piece sells during the Feb 7 live, the buyer pays shipping, and I will email you a label. .

Set Your Pre-bid Amount* This field is required.Pre-Bidding Guidelines For pre-bidding, please share the starting bid amount you feel comfortable setting for your piece. As a general guideline, we suggest a minimum starting bid of $100. Pricing is always your choice. We encourage each artist to consider their audience and comfort level when setting a starting bid. Over the years, many pieces have begun at lower starting bids and naturally increased during the live auction. This approach helps make the show accessible to new collectors, supports the spirit of giving back, and creates a win for artists, collectors, the charity, and—most importantly—the heart warriors. Final Artwork Images:* This field is required.Final artwork images must be submitted by January 31. Images should be PNG files with a transparent background. If a PNG cannot be provided, images on a clean white background are acceptable and will be converted. Promotion and pre-bidding begin February 1. To ensure each artist receives proper visibility, images should be received by the deadline. While I’ll always do my best to work with you, please understand this is a one-person operation, and images received after January 31 may not be promoted or included in pre-bids.

Below is an overview of the show’s schedule and key deadlines:

• Canvas Shipment
At the start of January, I will send your specially crafted canvas once I receive them from my supplier. All canvases will be promptly mailed out to participating artists.

• Artist Lineup Reveal (January 5–14)
Between January 5th and January 14th, I will unveil the lineup of 35 artists.
Once your name is revealed, you are welcome to share sneak peeks—such as a corner or close-up of your work—to build anticipation without revealing the full piece.

• Artwork Submission Deadline – February 5, 2025
The deadline for submitting your artwork is February 5, 2025.
Please send high-quality images of your completed canvas against a white background by this date.

If you are unable to attend the live event, both the image and the physical canvas must reach me by this same deadline.
Promotion of all canvases will begin on February 1st, using the images you provide.

• Live Instagram Event
The virtual Instagram show will take place on Saturday, February 7th, during CHD Week in Heart Awareness Month.
The event will begin at 4:00 PM EST / 1:00 PM PST.

• Optional Extras
If you would like to include additional items—such as stickers, prints, or pins—in your package, you are welcome to do so. Please feel free to mention these items during the live event.
