Vendor Information:
Once your application has been approved we will send you an invoice depending on your Vendor Category. Included in your fee are x1 table, x2 chairs, free admission for x2 people per day. Each vendor booth approx. ranges from 8x8 ft. to 10x10 ft.

Vendor Rates:
$150 for the weekend for standard Vendors/Artists
$500 for Non-Profit &/or Indigenous Organizations
$1,000 for Corporate, Universities, Government Organizations

We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot guarantee approval of the requested number of booths. Please try to limit yourself to one booth, as they range from 10x10 ft. to 8x8 ft. spaces; you may bring any additional tables and equipment that can fit in your booth space.
Additional Requests
Please indicate any additional or special requests as a Vendor. (i.e. power, location preference, or request to be beside another vendor. Please note that we are restricted from having tents or structures within the facility. You may make a request via this form or email for us to review.)

I hereby agree and give my permission for stɑl̓əw̓ Arts & Cultural Society and/or it's partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape, or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on stɑl̓əw̓ Arts & Cultural Society's, stɑl̓əw̓ Powwow's & their partners websites and posting on social media sites and other promotional materials. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the stɑl̓əw̓ Arts & Cultural Society's control. I agree that I will not hold the stɑl̓əw̓ Arts & Cultural Society or the stɑl̓əw̓ Powwow responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
