Join the New Voices Co-Design Lab for a free 8-week podcasting workshop for newcomer youth (ages 12-19) living in North Bay.

TIME & DATE: 8 consecutive Saturdays from January 17 to March 7, 2026

10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

LOCATION: Near North Makerspace, 108 Main Street East, North Bay, ON.

NOTE: Participation is free. Equipment, material, snacks and bus fare will be provided.

  We will be seaking additional written consent for the following.
  
  1. Media Release (to take and share photos, videos and audio recordings of the participant)
  
  2. Ownership & Rights Agreement (to share the work that the youth create in the workshops, with youth retaining copyright)
  
  4. Interviewee Release Form (so youth have the recorded right to use interviews in their work).
