Prerequisites: 1) WA State associate level licensed professional, 2) professional liability insurance - minimum 1mil/3mil with Jeffery J. Roskelley, LICSW & SOUND Life Recovery, PLLC added as additional insured, 3) completion of the SOUND Life Learning IRP course 4) primary supervisor in place

We'll contact you when a spot opens up in an existing group or when we open a new group. At that point, you will have 5 calendar days to fill out an application before we offer the spot to the next applicant. You are welcome to begin completing your application now, saving it as you go. Clinicians interested on being on our waitlist must complete this waitlist form, regardless of initiating a full application.

Please note: This group offers secondary supervision only. Licensure candidates are eligible for secondary supervision with SLR only if they already have a primary supervisor in place. Secondary supervisors may provide guidance in the same areas of practice a primary supervisor does. However, if there is a disagreement about approach, it's the primary supervisor who holds final decision making power on recommended treatment approaches with clients . One of the main purposes for choosing secondary supervision with SOUND Life Recovery is to further enhance understanding of general CBT, ACT, CBT for Psychosis (CBTp), and an integrated approach to the treatment of co-occurring disorders.
