Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Refueling charges may apply if fuel level is lower upon return.

$25 per day after scheduled return date.
LOST OR DAMAGED KEY POLICY
If a vehicle key or key fob is lost, damaged, stolen, or not returned, the Renter agrees to pay a Lost Key Fee of $200.00. This fee covers replacement, reprogramming, and administrative costs.
Additional charges may apply if towing or immobilization is required.
CONDITION OF VEHICLE
A condition report will be completed at the start and end of the rental period.The Renter confirms receipt of the vehicle in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, excluding reasonable wear and tear. Any damage, accident, or mechanical issue must be reported immediately to Swift Key Rentals LLC.
Unauthorized repairs are strictly prohibited.
USE OF VEHICLE
The vehicle must be operated lawfully and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
The vehicle may NOT be used:
For illegal purposes or unsafe operation
To carry passengers or property for hire
To tow, push, or propel another vehicle
By anyone other than the Renter or approved additional driver.
Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited.
A $200 cleaning fee may apply for violations.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
The Renter is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
This includes towing, impound fees, loss of use, administrative charges, and repairs.
Swift Key Rentals LLC is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.
FAILURE TO RETURN
Failure to return the vehicle on the agreed date and time may result in:
Additional rental charges
Vehicle repossession
Legal action
GPS & MONITORING
All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for location and safety monitoring. Failure to return the vehicle as agreed may result in the vehicle being reported as stolen.
RETURN POLICY
Vehicle must be returned:To the designated location on or before the agreed date and time. Clean, fueled, and in original condition. A $50 cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or debris.
TERMINATION
Swift Key Rentals LLC may terminate this agreement and repossess the vehicle if Any terms are violated, Vehicle is used unlawfully or recklessly or Payment is not received as agreed
INDEMNIFICATION
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Swift Key Rentals LLC and its affiliates from all claims or damages arising from vehicle use.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document represents the full agreement between the parties. No changes are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
