After another successful (and seriously fun) year working with the 2025 Sponsored Riders, I’m opening the doors again for 2026 applications!

I’m offering eight sponsorship positions for riders to join the Dressage Plus team in 2026.

These positions are open to competitive EA, Pony Club, and HRCAV riders across Australia in any discipline and level — and yes, you’re also welcome to apply if you’re more of a pleasure rider and don’t have the “competition bug”. Riders must be 14 years and up.

More than anything, I’m looking for riders who are dedicated, riders who are committed to training, willing to learn, and who understand that your mindset is a huge part of your success (and your enjoyment) in the saddle.

This opportunity is ideal for riders who have goals and dreams for 2026… but feel like they’re being held back by things like fear, nerves, overthinking, or that frustrating “I’m not good enough” loop. If you’re ready to grow your confidence, build stronger focus, and learn practical tools to help you ride with more calm and clarity — you’ll fit right in.

And if you’re successful, you’re not doing 2026 solo. You’ll become part of a positive, like-minded crew, a place to make horsey friends, share the highs and the challenges, and have people in your corner who actually understand what it’s like. Being part of the team is a win all on its own.

The successful sponsored riders will each receive:
- 12-Month Membership to the Compete with Confidence Club (Value $497)
- 6-Week Riding Plan PDF: Bringing Your Horse Back Into Work (Value $59)
- $40 discount on all Phone Performance Coaching Sessions for the year (normally $100 per session)
- Unlimited Email Coaching and Support
- 2026 Performance Diary (posted out) (Value $39)
- Regular media updates and celebration of your progress via Dressage Plus socials
- A sponsored rider feature on the Dressage Plus website
- A supportive team environment (because success is better when you’re not doing it alone!)

Yes - I love growing & understand the importance of working with a Mindset Coach and I’m happy to book sessions at the sponsored rider discounted rate.Maybe - I can see the value, but I’m not fully comfortable with phone coaching yet (I’d like to ease into it).Not right now - Phone coaching isn’t the right fit for me at this stage, but I’m still open to mindset support in other ways.
