BOOKING POLICIES

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BELOW:

You are required to read and fill out this booking form. Once submitted, I will reach out to discuss details & send a booking deposit link after.

By signing at the end of this form, you agree to the following:

Must be 18+ to book.
Can NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding

BOOKING: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes towards the total cost of your service, and the remaining balance is due at the end of the service, preferably CASH, but card/tap pay is also accepted. We do not have a shop ATM.

If you are using a payment plan/financing, please inform us, and we will send a payment link for you to set up through Klarna.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We understand that emergencies or illness can happen but these appointments are reserved for certain amount of hours. Reschedule/cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment and second reschedules of the same appointments will forfeit your deposit. You will be required to submit another deposit to reschedule and the first deposit will not count towards the total amount.

NO SHOWS are absolutely unacceptable. NO SHOWS will result in an AUTOMATIC forfeiture of deposit and AUTOMATIC extra cancellation fee of $50.

LATE/GRACE PERIOD: We have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and you will have to submit a new deposit. Please plan accordingly.
Any design changes or revisions must be communicated at least 7 days before your appointment. A major revision or design change contacted in less than 7 days may result in the need to rebook for a separate day.

🚫 Refusal of Service

ZENBEAUTY AND INK reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons (e.g., aggressive behavior, unrealistic expectations, or contraindications).

OTHER POLICIES

No children allowed; the space is small, and distractions may affect your service. As possible, no guests are allowed, and certain exceptions are due to the artist’s discretion.
By booking an appointment, you also acknowledge and agree that your procedure may be photographed and/or filmed.
