各位護法信徒 吉祥：
農曆正月初九日，傳說是天公的誕辰，所以民間有拜天公的習俗，以表達其敬祖畏天的民族性。佛教東傳後，因應當地的習俗，並依據《金光明經》的「供佛齋天」儀式 ，讓信眾們藉著虔誠的心，除了禮拜供養佛、法、僧三寶外，也設齋宴請諸天，用以達到三寶加持、諸天賜福、消災庇護的目的。
本寺謹定於國曆2026年2月28日、3月1 日兩天，啟建「供佛齋天法會」，虔備香花鮮果、酥酡妙供，敬獻常住三寶、護法龍天。所集良因，回向護法信眾：福壽綿延、災難蠲除、所求如意、自在吉祥。屆時歡迎闔府回寺拈香禮佛，同霑法益。

Fo Guang Shan Dallas Temple Offering for Buddhas & Celestial Guardians Announcement
According to ancient Chinese tradition, the ninth day of the new lunar year celebrated the birthday of the Heavenly King. When Buddhism first arrived in China, that date was combined with the teachings and rituals of the Golden Light Sutra. In order to seek protection and blessings from the Buddhas plus Celestial Guardians, the faithful practitioner sets out an earthly feast for all the divinities in heaven.
In order to support blessings in the human world and aid the three mires of the dark realms, Fo Guang Shan Dallas Temple has set February 28th and March 1st, 2026, as the Buddhas & Celestials Guardians Offering Service, devoutly preparing incense, flowers, fruits, and the butter of wondrous offerings to offer up to the eternally abiding Triple Gem, Dharma-protectors, dragons, and celestials. Benevolent causes accumulated shall be dedicated to devotees’ blessings and longevity. At that time, you and your family are cordially invited to come and equally receive Dharma benefits.
