*referring vet will continue to be the patient's Primary Vet but Amber Vet's GP will take over care for the referred concern/ (s)

Thank you for your Outpatient Referral to Dr Elise Robertson. Kindly take note of the following important point as the referring vet will be required to follow up with the client. 

• Dr Elise Robertson is a visiting vet from the UK who consults in singapore every 3 months for 3-4 days each time. 
• A detailed report from Dr Elise containing clinical notes, treatment provided and accomodation from the patient's visit will be emailed to the referring vet and client within 5 to 10 working days.
• All external laboratory test report/(s) will be sent to the referring vet to relay to the client and the referring vet may contact Dr Elise for a discussion to the treatment plan. Please reach out to Amber Vet if you need to contact Dr Elise directly.
• Clients wil be informed to follow up and continue care for their pets with the referring vet and we will contact the client to arrange for subsequsnt reviews with Dr Elise.
• Clients have the option of having an E-consultation with Dr Elise instead to discuss the external laboratory test report/(s) if they prefer and will be advised on the fee upfront. An addendum report will be sent to the referring vet and client within 5 to 10 working days.
• The above option for E-consultation only applies for all initial laboratory test report/(s). Report/(s) for secondary test if any following the initial laboratory test report/(s) will be sent to the referring vet to relay to the client. Client will be made aware of this.
