1. Photos are for the team’s illustration reference. They may be shared within the team’s internal messaging channels and stored on personal storage solutions. Upon request, we can also delete these pictures from our internal storage post-project. Please do not send us pictures containing any elements that you are not comfortable with sharing online.
2. The responses received on this form are stored on Jotform's online platform, and will be accessed by the team as required.
3. As far as possible, the team will limit eaccess to the following responses: Your name; your email address; your mobile number; shipping address; child(ren)'s full name. They may be shared to external or third-party providers as required, including but not limited to our printing, shipping and delivery service providers.
4. Our team may continue to stay in touch with you via WhatsApp and/or email post-project, with further updates, offers, promotions, et cetera. Should you wish to restrict contact in the post-project phase, you may let us know via your preferred messaging channel.
