SD Diabetes Coalition Project Workgroups
Workgroup meetings are held bi-weekly or monthly. Please read each Project Workgroup description. Then at the bottom, select which one or more of the workgroups you would like to sign up for.
1. Community Engagement & Education
Goal: Increase visibility, build a supportive community, and provide ongoing education.
2. Educational Resource Development
Goal: Provide relevant, updated, and localized educational materials.
3. Provider Education & Awareness
Goal: Improve diabetes care at the primary care level through targeted education.
