Migration to UAD 3.6 is not required if you do not sell loans to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. However, if you choose not to migrate now and later decide to sell to GSEs after November 2, 2026, you must complete the migration before selling any loans.

Note for AMCs and Appraisal Providers: You must migrate to accept UAD 3.6 orders from lender partners.
