Mercury Network UAD 3.6 enablement is not required if you do not sell loans to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. However, if you choose not to migrate now and later decide to sell to GSEs after November 2, 2026, you must complete the migration before selling any loans.

Note for AMCs and Appraisal Providers: You must migrate to accept UAD 3.6 orders from lender partners.

Preparing your team
- The enablement workbook: This is your roadmap! Please dive in and review the workbook found on the resource page to help your team prepare.
- Internal communication: Since you know your workflow best, it is your responsibility to let your team (and anyone placing orders in your system) know exactly when you are ready to start accepting UAD 3.6 orders.
- Need more time? No problem! If you review the workbook and feel your team needs a bit more prep time, you can easily request a different wave just by replying to your confirmation email.
A quick note on timing
UAD 3.6 features will be enabled in production the week of your selected window. If you do not have a UAT (testing) environment, these features will go live in your production environment immediately. This means UAD 3.6 orders can be placed and processed in your system as soon as your window opens.
