  • Mercury Network UAD 3.6 enablement is not required if you do not sell loans to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. However, if you choose not to migrate now and later decide to sell to GSEs after November 2, 2026, you must complete the migration before selling any loans.

    Note for AMCs and Appraisal Providers: You must migrate to accept UAD 3.6 orders from lender partners.

    Preparing your team

    • Internal communication: Since you know your workflow best, it is your responsibility to let your team (and anyone placing orders in your system) know exactly when you are ready to start accepting UAD 3.6 orders.

    A quick note on timing
    UAD 3.6 features will be enabled in production the week of your selected window. If you do not have a UAT (testing) environment, these features will go live in your production environment immediately. This means UAD 3.6 orders can be placed and processed in your system as soon as your window opens.
