This one time fee of $500 (or $250 for 1/2 year) covers all events at the Carolina Horse Park (excludes rental dates and the Carolina International). Make sure to contact our Programs Manager, Gay Stevens, at gay@carolinahorsepark.com the week of each event to let us know of your arrival and reserve your space.

All of the above events are included in your rental fee with the exception of Carolina International CCI & HT. Events that are not managed by CHP should be contacted directly and vendor arrangements made through the management of that event.
