    We are excited to welcome talented artisans, crafters, and handmade creators to our 3rd Annual Tolland County Artisan & Craft Fair, hosted by the Tolland County Chamber of Commerce and Wood & Word Blooms. This event celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and small businesses that make our community unique.

    Our Artisan & Craft Fair brings together a supportive, engaged audience that values shopping local and discovering one-of-a-kind, handcrafted items. Whether you are a returning favorite or joining us for the first time, we invite you to be part of an event designed to highlight your work, connect you with new customers, and create a memorable experience for all.

    To those who have been with us from the beginning — thank you. Your creativity and commitment have helped make this event a success year after year. We’re excited to continue growing this fair with you and to welcome new artisans into our community.

    Exciting News — New Location for 2026!

    We are thrilled to share that this year’s Artisan & Craft Fair will be held in a new, highly visible location directly along the main road.  We will be on the Green at CT Golfland.  This prime placement offers increased exposure to passing traffic and attendees, creating even more opportunity for your business to be seen.

    Even better, vendors will be able to drive right up to their assigned space for easy unloading and setup, making arrival and breakdown smoother and more convenient than ever.

    • 10 x 10 Outdoor Spots
    • Tents Required - All tents must be weighted or adequately secured to the ground with stakes, no color restrictions.
    • No electricity provided. Besides food trucks, vendors needing electricty may only bring their own silent power sources.
    • Set Up: 9am - 10:45am

    Artisan / Crafter / Cottage or Tented Food Vendor Rates:

    Chamber Member $40 / Returning $60 / New $70

    PLEASE NOTE: We do allow booth sharing of up to 2 businesses; however, each vendor must still apply individually and pay their separate vendor fee, if accepted. Booth Sharing does not equate to a split booth fee. We are also accommodate requests to put booths near a vendor friend, when possible. Please understand, that is not always possible.

    Food / Beverage Truck Vendor Rates: 

    Member $90 / Returning $110 / New $125

    We took 50 vendors last year but hope to expand to even more unique vendors this year. We do limit the number of vendors in each category and look to showcase uniqueness between like vendors (ie. jewelry vendors all make something unqiue, bakers have different specialties, crocheted items are not all similar, etc). 

  • Application Details:

    • Incomplete applications will not be accepted. 
    • Items must include an element of hand-crafting (ie. time, artistry, and work put in by the crafter). No MLM vendors or resellers please.  
    • Applications accepted on a rolling basis.  Your organizers have full time jobs, so please know we do not approve on a daily basis. Please be patient.
    • All applicants will receive an email of acceptance or to let you know you have not been approved or have been waitlisted.
    • If approved, you will will get an invoice from the TCCC. You can pay with CC or check. Payment would be due within 2 weeks from your approval date. If you have not paid, you may lose your spot to another on the wait list.
    • No refunds. 
    • Submitting your application means you agree to all the details noted in the application.

    We are still looking for the following vendors.

    Artisans
    Apparel & Wearables, Vintage / Curated Finds, Macrame/ Weaving, Packaged Tea & Coffee, & Other Unique Artisans.
    We also have a nice growing author section & we would love to add more.

    Cottage Food:
    Pickles, Popcorn, Jerky

    Interactive Zone (for kids but also adults)
    Tarot, Hairbraiding, Chair Massage, calligraphy artist, portrait artists.
    (Due to the number of jewelry artisans we are not accepting permanent jewelry).

    Other fun kids activity vendors or fun little DIY activity vendors for any age (that isn't something one of our artisans are selling)

    Food/Drinks
    Pizza, BBQ, Comfort Food, Asian Fusion
    (we currently have plenty of drink & dessert options but only Columbian/American Fusion food options. This is a great opportunity)

  • CT Sales & Use Tax Permit - All businesses selling in the State of CT are required to have a Sales & Use Tax Permit. A VALID permit is required.

  • This year, we’re shaking things up with an exciting new raffle experience designed to boost shopper engagement and drive vendor sales! Vendors will receive raffle tickets to hand out to shoppers with purchases, creating an interactive incentive that keeps attendees shopping and exploring throughout the event.

    Vendors are also invited to donate raffle items, which will be combined into fun, curated raffle baskets featuring multiple businesses. These baskets will be raffled off to shoppers during the event, adding extra excitement and visibility for participating vendors.

    If you are approved to participate and have a facebook page, we will add you as a co-host on our event facebook page so it will show up on your page for easy sharing.

There are a lot of scammers out there.  Especially on social media.  The ONLY people you should be reaching out to with questions on this event are Melissa Smith and Jen Angle.  We are the ONLY 2 people planning this event.  If you have questions, play it safe and email us directly.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2026, with a rain date of Sunday, June 14, 2026 if necessary. As a vendor, you are indicating your availability for the rain date on this registration form. If the event moves to the rain date, vendor fees remain non-refundable regardless of availability.  By submitting this application, you agree and understand this.  Thank you.
