• Full payment is due at the time of booking.
• Once payment is received, your selected date will be secured and materials will be purchased specifically for your event.
• In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
• Parties may reschedule the event up to one (1) week prior to the original date with no additional fee or penalty.
• Reschedule requests made within one week of the event date will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

1. Participation & Safety
I understand that participation in an Apps & Crafts event involves the use of crafting tools and materials (such as scissors, hot glue guns, and paint). I will ensure that all guests follow safety instructions provided by the hosts and take reasonable care while using all materials.

2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in this event is voluntary and may involve minor risks (including, but not limited to, cuts, burns, or allergic reactions). I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may result from participation by myself or any guests under my supervision.

3. Food & Beverage Disclaimer
Any food or beverages provided at this event are sourced from licensed third-party vendors. Apps & Crafts and its hosts are not responsible for any illness, allergic reaction, or adverse effects resulting from consumption.

4. Property & Damages
I understand that Apps & Crafts is not responsible for any damage to personal property, furnishings, or the event location (including the host's home) that may occur during setup, participation, or cleanup.

5. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Apps & Crafts, its organizers, hosts, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in this event.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Event Agreement & Liability Waiver, and I agree to comply with all policies outlined above on behalf of myself and all participants attending this event.
