Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award
The Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award was established in 2023 in honor of the late Founder and CEO of EcoMap Technologies. This annual award will be given each year to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of 30 years and under innovators who have demonstrated exceptional talent, leadership, and commitment to Maryland's community.

The Pava LaPere Young Innovator Award highlights three essential areas—innovation and impact, future potential and vision, and community engagement and service—each reflecting core aspects of transformative leadership.
