Confidentiality
All personal or business information shared in mentoring sessions will be kept confidential.
Exceptions include:
- If the mentee requests that information be shared
- If information suggests harm to self, others, or illegal activity
- If compelled by law
The mentee agrees not to share or distribute the mentor’s proprietary content, templates, tools, or materials.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided—including worksheets, guides, templates, recordings, or resources—remain the property of the mentor. The mentee receives personal-use rights only and may not copy, sell, or distribute materials without written permission.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship with written notice.
The mentor may terminate immediately if:
- The mentee violates boundaries
- Payment is not made
- There is repeated disrespect, inappropriate behavior, or ethical conflict
- The relationship is no longer beneficial or aligned
Legal & Ethical Disclaimer
The mentor is not providing therapy, mental health treatment, legal counsel, tax advice, or financial planning. All business and personal decisions are the responsibility of the mentee. The mentee agrees to hold the mentor harmless for any outcomes resulting from advice, strategies, or recommendations.
Agreement & Signature
By signing below, both parties - Anne Bryant (mentor) and yourself (mentee) - agree to the terms of this Mentorship Client Agreement and commit to upholding a respectful, collaborative, and growth-oriented relationship.
