• Mentorship Client Agreement

    One Month / 4 90-minute sessions (6 hours)

  • Purpose of Mentoring
    The purpose of this mentoring relationship is to provide guidance, support, and education related to professional growth, business development, and personal confidence within the massage, wellness, and healing arts fields.

    Mentoring is not psychotherapy, clinical supervision, legal advising, or financial consulting. All decisions and actions taken by the mentee are their responsibility.

  • Scope of Services
    The mentoring package includes:

    • 4 scheduled mentoring sessions of 90 minutes each (meetings may be split up into shorter segments, as long as this is feasible for both mentor & mentee).
    • Access to agreed-upon resources, templates, or the members-only portal
    • Brief, additional support/touch-bases between meetings through approved communication methods (listed below)
    • Guidance on business development, planning, marketing, and mindset
  • Communication Boundaries

    • Messages will be responded to within 24 hours. Please anticipate longer response times on weekends and holidays. 
  • Scheduling Policies

    • Sessions are scheduled through a private portal accessed by visiting www.bloomingprairiehealingarts.com
    • Sessions must be booked at least 2 days in advance.
    • Late arrivals will not extend the session beyond the original end time unless it is feasible for both mentor & mentee.
    • Three late arrivals may result in reevaluation of the mentoring relationship.
  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
    • No-shows may be subject to a $20 fee.
    • Emergency situations will be handled at the mentor’s discretion.
  • Payment Terms
    The total mentoring package fee is: $525

    • Payment is due at time of booking (via Venmo or credit/debit card)
    • Refund Policy: Mentoring fees are non-refundable once services have begun. Exceptions may be considered only for circumstances determined by the mentor.
  • Boundaries & Professional Conduct
    This is a supportive yet professional relationship.
    Both parties agree to:

    • Communicate respectfully
    • Maintain appropriate emotional and conversational boundaries
    • Refrain from any harassing, harmful, or unethical behavior

    The mentor reserves the right to terminate the mentoring relationship if boundaries are repeatedly violated.

  • Mentee Expectations
    The mentee agrees to:

    • Engage honestly and openly during sessions
    • Take responsibility for completing action steps
    • Communicate needs or concerns
    • Make their own business decisions and exercise personal judgment
    • Understand that success depends on their own follow-through
  • Confidentiality
    All personal or business information shared in mentoring sessions will be kept confidential.

    Exceptions include:

    • If the mentee requests that information be shared
    • If information suggests harm to self, others, or illegal activity
    • If compelled by law


    The mentee agrees not to share or distribute the mentor’s proprietary content, templates, tools, or materials.

     

    Intellectual Property
    All materials provided—including worksheets, guides, templates, recordings, or resources—remain the property of the mentor. The mentee receives personal-use rights only and may not copy, sell, or distribute materials without written permission.

     

    Termination of Services
    Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship with written notice.

    The mentor may terminate immediately if:

    • The mentee violates boundaries
    • Payment is not made
    • There is repeated disrespect, inappropriate behavior, or ethical conflict
    • The relationship is no longer beneficial or aligned


    Legal & Ethical Disclaimer
    The mentor is not providing therapy, mental health treatment, legal counsel, tax advice, or financial planning. All business and personal decisions are the responsibility of the mentee. The mentee agrees to hold the mentor harmless for any outcomes resulting from advice, strategies, or recommendations.


    Agreement & Signature
    By signing below, both parties - Anne Bryant (mentor) and yourself (mentee) - agree to the terms of this Mentorship Client Agreement and commit to upholding a respectful, collaborative, and growth-oriented relationship.
