FAQ
Question 1: Is practice pricing cheaper than individual memberships?
Answer: Yes. Practice pricing is intentionally cheaper per user than individual access at all team sizes. This reflects the value of practices committing as a group and helps remove barriers to team-wide adoption. Practices also help shape how FOVU Report is used in real clinical settings, and we actively use practice feedback to guide future development of practice-specific features and workflows. Plus for UK based practices you get a FOVU Practice Implementation Pack.
Question 2: What does a FOVU Practice Implementation Pack include?
Answer: The FOVU Practice Implementation Pack is included when a practice signs up their whole team. It combines a live Learn @ Lunch Zoom session (for practices with more than 10 vets joining) with a physical branch pack (UK only) containing SPEEDS™ worksheet notepads, QR-code habit prompts, FOVU reference pens, and other practical tools. Its purpose is to support real-world uptake — helping teams write clearer, more confident ultrasound reports consistently, even on busy clinical days.
Question 3: Can I show FOVU Report to my team before committing?
Answer: Yes. You’re welcome to share the sign-up link report.fovu.co.uk/sign-up with your team so colleagues can explore FOVU Report themselves. This gives each person access to a two-week free trial, with email support, allowing the team to see how the reporting structure fits into real clinical scanning before the practice commits.
Question 4: I see you offer individual memberships monthly — can we do this monthly as a practice?
Answer: At the moment, practice subscriptions are offered on an annual basis only. This reflects the additional setup and manual invoicing involved with practice access. Annual subscriptions also allow teams enough time to properly embed the reporting structure into routine clinical work. We’re actively reviewing how practice access works and may offer more flexible options in the future.
Question 5: Can we add more team members later if uptake grows?
Answer: Yes. If more team members would benefit from access, additional users can be added during the year at the same per-user practice rate. This allows practices to start with a realistic number and expand access as confidence and scanning activity increase.
Question 6: What support do practices get when they first sign up?
Answer: Practices receive email support during onboarding, and we’re happy to help with any initial questions as the team starts using FOVU Report. We also actively gather feedback from practices to improve how the tool works in real clinical settings, and practice users will be prioritised as new practice-focused features are developed. For Practices with more than 10 vets we offer a Learn @ Lunch Zoom session and for UK practices we will send Implementation pack to each branch containing SPEEDS™ worksheet notepads, QR-code habit prompts, FOVU reference pens, and other practical tools. Its purpose is to support real-world uptake — helping teams write clearer, more confident ultrasound reports consistently, even on busy clinical days.
