The Open Enrollment Lottery for the 2026-2027 School Year will be January 5, 2026 - February 6, 2026.
A lottery system will be used to generate the waiting list for the 2026-2027 School Year. Applications received after the Open Enrollment Period will be placed at the end of the waiting list in date order received.
Parents will be notified by mail and email of the acceptance of their student to Hillcrest Elementary. Parents will be given fourteen (14) business days response time to accept or decline from the postmark date or the date email sent. If no response is received, the student will be removed from the accepted position, and the next applicant will be notified of acceptance. It should be noted that any applicant who fails to respond in a timely manner will be placed on the waiting list and may forfeit their ability to attend in the 2026-2027 school year due to space limitations.
