  • What We Mean By "Organization".

    The ATHENA Organizational Leadership Award recognizes impact over structure. Eligible recipients include any physically located in and serving the Brainerd Lakes Area, including, but not limited to: business, nonprofit, program, club, or volunteer initiative. References to “organization” throughout this form are intended to encompass all eligible entities.

    Submissions Should Provide Clear Examples:

    In order to help the selection committee better understand the organization being nominated, we encourage you to share clear, specific examples that relate to the following award criteria:

    • The Eight Principles of Enlighted Leadership™
    • Culture of Empowerment
    • Impact on Women and/or Girls
