If your site is not left in the same condition as you found it, your signature here serves as consent to pay the PDCWC liquidated damages in the amount of $250.00 within 30 days of receiving notice of your failure to clean your site. Failure to pay the fine within that time will result in the following:

1. An Event Committee Hearing could be called.
2. No dogs owned or co-owned by the person signing will be allowed to enter shows hosted by the cluster clubs until the fine is paid.
3. No RV with the license plate on this application may be parked at the Shiawassee County Fairgrounds during events offered by the PDCWC.
