aRes Hotel Reservation Tracking Requirement (Required)
If awarded funding through the Destination Development Events Grant, recipients are required to participate in Louisville Tourism's aRes Hotel Reservation Tracking Program. This service helps Louisville Tourism measure the economic impact of funded events through hotel reservation reporting and visitor origin data collection. The program provides a customized reservation website, dedicated support, and event-specific reporting at no cost to the event organizer.
