This form is to sign your child up for the six session of Lego Spike Club! This six session club runs on Thursday Jan. 15th, 22nd, 29th, and Feb. 5th, 12th, and 19th. Thursday, January 15th, from 4-5pm will be our first meeting. This is a drop-off club, but parents/caregivers are welcome to stay if they would like.

LEGO Club does not include any food or access to food/snack time, but please send your child with a water bottle. Participants will have time to play on the Museum floor followed by approximately 50 minutes upstairs in our classroom with WKM Educators. Any major allergies/medical issues to be aware of?
