48-Hour Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposit:
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is only available when done days in advance of the appointment, and each booking may be transferred once only. After that, a new deposit is required.
Late Policy:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the service may be adjusted or rescheduled.
Pre-Appointment Prep:
Please arrive with clean, dry hair.
